If you have not purchased a policy, you will be automatically enrolled in SPM's CLIP Resident Liability Insurance Program. The policy is not personal liability insurance or renter's insurance. The policy does not cover any of your personal belongings, additional living expenses, or liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage to any third party. If your apartment is in need of maintenance service you can reach out to our team in several ways. The resident portal is the most efficient way to notify our team of non-emergency maintenance needs. 

We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service at Terraces at Clearwater Beach Apartments. Please note, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, do not place a request via the resident portal. Call 1-727-441-3939 and you will be given the option to choose emergency maintenance from our menu. This will quickly route your call to the appropriate party. 

If you are locked out during regular business hours, we will happily let you into your apartment free of charge. However, Terraces at Clearwater Beach does not offer after-hours lock-out service. If you find yourself locked out after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
